Refund policy
All sales are final. I currently do not accept returns or exchanges with the exception of products damaged during shipping. Please ask questions before purchasing to know what you are getting. I'm always happy to film a short video of the product if you're unsure. Also check all listing photos and read through the descriptions thoroughly as each item is handmade and no two are ever alike.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, please take a photo of the box/damages and email the images no later than 7 days from the delivery date. Since each piece of pottery is one of a kind, please know that damaged pieces are not replaceable. If I have multiple on hand from the same pattern, you can pick a replacement, however it will not be exactly the same as the one you purchased. If you cannot find a suitable replacement, the purchase will be refunded.
Unfortunately I am not responsible for packages that are stolen or otherwise not delivered when they have a "delivered" status.
