This piece is different from my usual work and is fully glazed inside and out.
This is a porcelain mug made in the nerikomi style with layers of colored clay. No two cups are ever alike. The inside, rim and handle are glazed clear. The outside is bare and has been sanded and sealed which gives a matte appearance.
This is a thin, porcelain item that was made by hand. No piece is perfectly round or symmetrical. See photos so you understand the shape and body prior to purchasing.
Microwave and dishwasher safe, although its life will be extended with handwashing. LARGER SIZE - Holds 16oz
