This is a porcelain, nerikomi mug made with love, patience and many layers of colored clay. Each piece is made from one slice of a nerikomi block that will never be remade in the same way, so no two cups are ever alike. The inside, rainbow rim and handle are glazed clear. The outside zebra stripes are bare and have been sanded, polished and sealed which gives a matte appearance.
This is a thin, porcelain item made by human hands, so no piece is perfectly round or symmetrical.
Microwave safe and handwashing is recommended. Holds about 12-14oz.
